It is here today, as well. It looks like Missouri is getting hammered about now. I would stay off the roads if I were you. I have seen how those Missourian's drive in bad weather. Not enough practice.
You are right about that, they think if they can see the road or they have a 4 wheel drive, they can drive the same speed as when it's 70 and dry. Hell, they don't drive very well in good weather ;-)
