We're here Feb 9th - 16th ( :

I'm the visiting fitness instructor from the 9th - 16th! Last year they had me teach a class daily (monday thru friday) at 10 AM near the pool with the volley ball net. Please feel free to shout out my name there! Bill is usually close by so come meet us both! oh hey... PLEASE feel free to shout out our names then stay for my class! PLENTY of time to play before and after right? ( :

The classes will be fun and low key. I will likely do Barre and Core type classes - low heart rate sculpty type exercises unless people want something different then I'm happy to oblige (last time I taught a number of kick box classes).

Okay.. enough of the pitch for my classes - we'll be at the Sexy Pool all the time too! Hopefully by the afternoon of the 9th.

This might work out well, bill and I can gather a crowed to cheer you guys on while you sweat under the Mexican sun!

I am unsure I am going to even workout while I am there, I already spend enough time in the gym

 

Cheryl and I may join you on 12th and 13th. I don't know if you have ever done a Barre and Core program. Looking forward to it

youngmasscouple are Sam and Jamie. They might be hanging with us. I think the 10th is Jamie's birthday (or 11th). Look for shennanigans that day.
