We are here from the 14th till 26th and are interested. What time will the room crawl take place? After supper but b4 bash party?
Not sure what a sponsor room is? lol... We have never participated in one and figured we should have one. haha! As far as we know we gather up some couples and organize a stop in each couples rooms for a drink and quick game if all in agreement. The group would start in the host room and travel together to the following room? lol If anybody can help us with the logistics and I'm sure we can all figure it out. We could schedule something for later in the day of sometime after 2ish? Let's see what the group consensus is.
After 2 probably is a good idea. People can have lunch before. Then room crawl, then an afternoon siesta (I'm sure we'll all need it!)

The ones I have seen, there are too many couples to stop at all of their rooms, so there are “sponsor” rooms that will be the rooms that the group stops at. We’ve never participated, just seen the planning on here, and the groups walking around the resort.
I agree, that'll take us the whole night for all these rooms. Since we've never done this, we'd love to just tag along and see how things go with other people hosting #shy
How about every second or third room has a game and a shot...the rest just have shots? Just a thought and it would cut down on some time.
