We are looking at eight days, the second week of February. Skoosh has nothing listed and my emails to them have been confusing. I want just a room for 8 days and they do not understand. Good flight times with Expedia for about $2600, total for two. Last year Skoosh was A-1, this year not so sure. We are leaving from Iowa, how is this price compared to others?
We fly out of Omaha which is usually much less then Des Moines, though we haven't started looking yet. May be worth a look if you aren't far from Omaha..
We have used Omaha several times. For the convenience of DM, close and not busy, we are willing to pay a littlle extra. Last year DM was a bit cheaper, not usually though. Delta has great flight through Memphis, out of the normal snow belt. Going to Chicago for a transfer doubles the chance of a weather delay. Do you have room in your carry-on? For several years Apple Vacations had a non-stop out fo DM and a return stop in New Orleans for customs. That was cheap and convenient. We will keep looking thanks for the help.
We will be there Feb 23 - 27 so we'll hopefully see you there at least for '1' day .... sucks we'll be leaving basically when you'll be arriving ... THATS ALWAYS SO SAD! LOL
