Hi all, OK, please let me know what the "best" drinks are to get at Temptations and at what bar. I know, everyone will have different opinions, but it's opinions I'm looking for. If you can provide your best estimation of the ingredients that would be great too! These drinks will be mostly for my significant other as I am mostly a cold beer or rum and diet type of guy. Speaking of beer, what beer is served at Temptations? Are there any choices at all or is it just one type. I prefer a darker-coloured beer with some flavour as opposed to the light-tasting stuff like Corona or American Coors Light, but I'll drink what there is. HMMMM...30 drinks listed plus beer. So if we wanted to try them all that would be four per day (seven day stay) plus two extras sometime. So let me plan this, Day One: beer drink beer drink beer beer drink beer beer beer beer beer beer drink Breakfast! repeat pattern using same four drinks Lunch! Does this sound about right? :lol:
You will be in great shape with the XX and rum & diet. The XX is always very cold, with lots of Bacardi and Bacardi Dark to mix with your diet. Sometimes the vino is also pretty good, but not very consistent from trip to trip. For a change, ask one of the bartenders to make you one of their favorites You may be in for a nap after a couple of those.
Better yet.. play the Skittles Game. Take a bag of Skittles with you. Each time you walk up to the bar, pull out a Skittle. Tell the Bartender to make you a drink that color. Sit back and let the good times roll. But as Waste would say - Watch out for the Purple Shit! :roll: Jamie
Spiced rum, but no Capt sightings at TTR unless you bring your own. I drank a couple of them with coca cola light, and they seemed fine, but I am far from an expert on spiced rum.
