We had to resort to Plan B last year. We went to a resort in Venezuela that had really, really, crappy bars. They refused to make us white russian because their bar was not stocked with milk. So what we did was take a taxi ride down to the local grocery store and bought a couple of liters of milk. Them we threw the milk into our 52 ounce bubbas, added the black russians they made for us and voila.. white russians. The 52 ounces of booze did put us on our asses for that day though. But it was worth it

Well I haven't tried any of the shots on our last trip but my drink of choice either at TTR or at home are Caesars better with Motts Clamato Juice, rimmed, with horseradish which I will be bringing with us on our next trip there. Ice wine Martini is great too, as well as liquid cocaine shooters (Jagermeister,Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps,Peppermint Schnapps)
