i hate to be the one tosay it..

but if dude was having trouble paying the rent on the land in the first place how would he have the money to reopen it now?

 

Im just going by what my friend told me, he apparently lives right next door to where it opened back up or where its going to open back up?? Once karan, myself, or who ever gets more info. on this, Im sure it will be posted here asap!!!
