We have stayed at Simonton Court for Fantasy Fest and had a blast. Their location was perfect for accessing all the festivities. They may already be sold out for this year as it is getting late for FF bookings. We have also stayed at the Waldorf for FF, it's on the water and is also an excellent option complete with pool and nice beach. We typically book a year in advance for Fantasy Fest as places book up quick and especially now since the hurricane last year. Good luck and enjoy!
