There appears to be three sides to this story with no credible witnesses. There is no reasonable conclusion that can be made about the veracity of anyone's claims.

Its really that simple unless there are more witnesses.

True lol, but I'm pretty sure you missed understand what I said !! 5-6 trip to mexico and plenty of trip in US and my 3rd to TTR .

I just stay in my own business and do my things and don't get involved in any trouble !

 

Here's a story, about 6 years ago at TTR we met a couple from Phila. While at Paty O, the female danced with a gentlemen. Nothing sexual- just danced. Later while sitting with her bf & me & my gf, the now drunk guy came over & asked her to dance again. She declined, he insisted, then grab her arm & said u know u want me. I asked him to chill out, he responded by saying F me and everyone at the table. Then looked at my gf & said she wants to F me. I got up, he went to the middle of the dance floor & yell- come on let's fight. As I walked towards him, out the corner of my eye I saw the 3 guys we met days ago coming with me. I stopped, told the guys to dont worry about it, & forget it. Later his friend not him came over to apologized. This situation could have gotten out of hand then. But as far as I'm concern someone disrespect your woman, action is needed.

We finally got our callback from Premier today.

They said they can't do anything for us and told us to simply drop it. We asked if there was somebody else we could talk to and they said 'No'. They wouldn't discus any reasoning or details with us.

TTR wants this swept this under the rug, it seems other members have had better luck getting information than we have.

First of all I feel for you 2 alright , it wasent me that called the police it was the resort ! I would have left it alone ! It was water under the bridge BUT the way you say this went down is fucked !!! Look I'm willing to help out your little fund here I'll throw in a couple hundred bucks for the fact the resort was so shady about yor refund and you guys ended up in Mexican jail ! As for the people that have been reading and are nervous to go down to this resort ! Don't be its a fun resort , except for all this BS we all had a great time ! The staff was friendly people were ! Well excluding this little incident but everyone was respectful from what I saw besides this !! Was my first time there and yes I'll go back for sure !!
This stuff happened all over the place don't get me wrong ! This all sucked but I wasent running around hitting on other men's wifes !!! Was there for a vacation that's it !
