OH . guess that might be what that number is ..i didn't do the check in so i didn't know that.. i thought it was the TTR number.. I bet you are right.. but it doesn't matter anyways.. as long as you have your voucher ... it should be fine.. i never find it very long to check in anyways Sorry didn't meant to scare anyone .. :icon_smile: lol
We had reservation issues too. I book directly through temptations website and they take full payment 2 weeks out. They didn't charge us this time, so after 30 min. on hold I've been assured we have a reservation but will pay when we get there....I felt better last time having paid in full, no room for arguments. I'm sure it will be fine, just can't wait to get ther, have a drink and relax!! See you on Tuesday!
Every time I book with them I have a problem, and Im a premier member, how hard can it be to book a room, and why should it take two weeks or longer to get a reply!!!!!!!!!
We did the express check in on line too, when we arrived they had no record of it, I even gave them the print out of the reply email they sent me confirming our request! However friends did the same and theirs worked but they did have a Jacuzzi room!
We used the express check in in early March. When we got there, not only did they have no record but the guy at the check in desk had no clue what express check in was.
Its so sad that even though this thread was started for an "issue" with Temptation I still cannot wait til July and am extremely jealous of your issues!!!!! Wish they were mine right now!!! lol......Have a blast everyone!!!!!!!
