Oh god hated what I saw this morning. Somebody slap my ass and make me stop pigging out. I think it's time to read another work out /diet book for inspiration. Well it's time to kick my own ass hard.
what i have done for insparation is go buy a reasonably small outfit, that i know i should be able to wear, stick to the routine, untill it fits. i only try it on once every 1-2 weeks. then before i know it it fits. i have some shorts that i wore last year that i use as a guide. getting closer!!!
Alright Monique, consider your ass slapped!! Now please return the favor!! Time to get down to business and lose at least 5 before my surgery in 3weeks. After that, I'll have 6weeks before I can return to my beloved boxing; but planning to do alot of legs and abs during that time.

I checked out the bagel chips.. 120 calories for like 8 chips.. so didn't buy them. Still not smoking day 9 today, this sure has been a tough haul for the both of us.. marriage still strong..LOL best of all haven't gained any weight thus far. Drinking lots of water and no carbs..now if I could just get my ass in gear and move it...
Oh my friggin god they are beautiful... I just might have to get one also.. couple sizes smaller... somthing to really work towards.. dam if I could look like that in that dress.. wow.. I'm doing some shopping this weekend those clothes are awsome
