better... but says his muscles still hurt from all the cramping. he definitely didn't bounce back like i did! guess he should've just gotten drunk instead of sick!

Hello all my workout friends.. I made it back home last night..i did have a 5 pound gain in 2 week.. not to bad considering all the alcohol.. I need a few days to detox..haha!! I am absolutely going to get back on the exercising and have decided to give champix a try to quit smoking once i feel back to normal.. So lets all get back at it ...
We are still at it.....I am into week 5 of Insanity, which is a "rest" week before the super duper hell starts I suppose. Anyways, I am down to 217 from the 252 I started at January 1. We are about 30 days out from our trip. My goal of 40 pounds, 212, will probably be reached to my surprise. Insanity has really been good for me as I had kinda plateaued. My obliques are the best they have ever looked. Doubt I get a 6 pack though by our trip......thats ok, as our "romantic" trip to The Royal in Playa is first week of October. If I stay strong all summer, I should be in the best shape of my life by then. After that, I'm gonna enjoy food again, lol....as 50 is just around the corner. The wife is getting her butt kicked by me, and its been pissing her off, hahahahahahaha. Usually its the other way around! :icon_smile:
ha ha i hear ya. im firming up but still have alot of baggage. it all should be gone by sept. work work work.
the smoking thing, im doing really good when i dont have a drink. but both times that i had a drink or two or three, i cheated!! so the real test no smoking when haveing a drink!!! i know it can be done. just have to do it. keep strong everyone, i know we can all do it!!
