Got to think there are better ways then having my insides drained over a toilet for days. Nope not for me.
You can easily do a work out that equipment. I treadmill can be used for resistance. I set mine on hills not any faster than 1.8 km and do side lunges and forward lunges on it. The ball is great too. If you want a goo website for exercises ptonthenet.com is great. You have to pay for the site but I like it. Just start with squats or lunges shoulder press rear rows chest press and take your ball and do figure 8 forward and backwards to work all shoulder mucsles.
Well now that deserve a celebration drink. whooooohoooooooooo girl. I am still sitting at the same but I tend to lose toward the end of the week so hopefully I will have lost this week. I added an extra 10 minutes of cardio all week and I have hit the weights hard this week. Either way I feel good and I know the pics will be better this year. I am gun ho to go.

currently working out with my lap top on my elliptical. Damm hard to type and make the thing go round and round. But better than me missing my workout cause I wanted to do both. It's working too, I have been here for 45 minutes just trying to catch up to what I missed. I JUST BOUGHT ME A REAL SEXY OUTFIT TODAY...........working to make it better.
