    Not sure about weight.. cause like I said I think its broken, however my mid section has gotten flatter,,, I guess thats the word, My jeans fit so much better, the pair I'm wearing today are not nearly as tight as they use to be..

    Dan, I bet you look amazing ..

    I have little over 2 weeks to go .. even if it doesnt change from now till then.. I am good with it.. but I hope.. that today at JC there has been some loss.. cause every thing from now on is bonus.. lol
    I am 1 lb from goal.. of course thats morning weight .. and its aways a bit more in the evening at the JC weigh in !!..

    Will be starting to diet 10 weeks before my first time holiday to Cancun on 31st august.

    Atm, im weighing in at 208lbs first thing in the morning, no clothes and before breakfast. Hoping to get as close to 215lbs as i can, with the same bf% as now, before i start my diet. Im aiming to drop around 2lbs per week, without loosing any muscle, so 20lbs or so over the 10weeks would be the target.

    Ill be sticking to my current weight training routine of 4 nights per week until june, then ill add in 4 nights cardio on the cross trainer. Ill also drop my carbs down gradually every week from 350g per day, until i end up at about 100g per day(higher on sundays and wednesdays). All the time keeping my protein intake high and plenty of healthy fats. Ill increase the cardio to 5 or 6 nights aswell as i get further into the diet.

    I lost 17lbs in 8 weeks last year following the same process so im looking forward to getting in good shape again for summer!:)

    Well PartyDoll (Kim), I have just cut down on what I eat. I travel almost every week, so it makes it difficult to watch what I eat. But I get up every morning walk (fast) for 3 miles on the treadmill at the Hotel. Then when I get home (or back to the hotel) I head to 24 hour fitness, then 3 more miles on the elipical machine, then I hit the weights for 30 minutes. I am up to 300 sit ups on the situp bench now, started out doing 25 a year ago. When I hurt my leg in November, I could not go to the gym or travel for 3 months, I gained 14lbs in 3 months, all I could do is sit around. But back on track now, See you guys in a couple weeks

    so official weight in today.. lost 1.5 pounds.. not to bad i think..
    I am done with Jenny.. on my own now for food.. could have stayed on the program untill i left.. but need to get on my own food and making good choices before i hit TTR and all the food there.. haha!!

    I still have a bit over 2 weeks before we leave to keep up my workouts and as long as I maintain I am good to go!!..

    so I am officially 15lbs down.. started Jan 3rd.. I am happy happy!!
