Wow 35 lbs that is fantastic.. and tell me about the last 10 lbs.. grr!.. I have been fighing that for a while now.. I bet you feel way better. so tell us what you did to lose it.. we are always interested what works for others.. Congrats!!
i haven't given up the alcohol calories... in fact, i've been trying to get more! haha. gotta up my tolerance level, or i'll be a goner the first night! but i am eating better, and less, so that is helping some. haven't weighed myself, but am feeling good, so that's a start. my exercising has been pushed to the side for spring break, but the kids have me chasing after them instead... i want to try the weight lifting thing, but i honestly don't know where to start... where do i start? any good online routine to follow for a VERY VERY beginner? i have some 3 lb weights and 5 lb weights (which should be fine for me, cuz i am seriously weak) 3 weeks from yesterday...
awesome.. you have to have a life too hey?.. I think after my holidays I am going to switch my workouts around to more weights..I do have a pretty good grasp on most of it but.. I am thinking I might look into a personal trainer to get a routine set up for me and show me proper form and so on.. I alway feel like I am not doing it right.

K so I jumped on my scale this am... got off, got back on jumped up and down, got off and then back on again jiggled a bit ... I think its broken...I'm thinking I should go buy a new one...LOL

My weight or my midsection hasn't changed in a month. oh well i'm happy w my progress up to this point so if this is i'm gonna look i'm good w that. 11 more days
i had to give up my gym membership a few years ago so, all i have is a few weights at home (3lbs, 5lbs, and one 8lb.), a big exercise ball and one resistance band. (and a treadmill, but that doesnt help with the weight lifting) So some how i need to only work with those. makes it hard, i know.
