what I do is squats first as many as I can for 20 sec. then rest for 10 sec. do this 8 times. 4 min total, then I'll do are curls with hand weights for the same 20 sec and 10 sec. and sometimes I will do crunches after that. I only do it about 3 times a week and it takes about 15 min. You can do anything you want, like sprints or jump rope. You will feel your muscles burn by the end for sure. I hope this helps. I hate excersiceing so its nice to do it for 15 min then done.

Just saw this and thought it was funny.... I figured out why I'm fat! The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my body says "For extra volume and body". I'm going to start using "Dawn" dish soap. It says " Dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove".

These manipulations are not for the unhealthy nor the not so serious but can have CRAZY outcomes when done correctly.
