    well didn't gain any. stayed the same! mio with vodka not so bad. fresca and vodka better, but cant drink too much soda! oh well will keep on the lookout for other options!

    I didn't realize there was a whole thread devoted to this. I am glad I found it! I am 95 days away from my TTR trip. Since my last trip I am 15 lbs down.. and 40 down in my whole journey. I am working towards my last 20 pounds, hopefully before my trip (fingers crossed). I love chatting with people about weightloss/ exercising. What's everyone out there doing for meal prep/ nutrition and their workouts.

    Right now, most of my success has come from Shakeology and 21 Day Fix Extreme. I LOVE it!! (If anyone has questions reach out to me) I would love to see what everyone else is doing, and of course their success!

    down one more for a 14 lbs. loss!!! need to keep going! have 50 days still! heres to 10 more!!

    Wow this thread is quiet! isn't anyone still around? at a stand still, but hanging in there. need at least 15 more in 47 days!!! doable right? yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I haven't been on this thread for years but I was on it lots when I was reshaping my body. For me, i was looking for motivation and support everywhere and anywhere i could find it. An upcoming TTR vacation is always a good one.

    It's seems like you're doing amazing and your focus is exactly what's needed to make a major lifestyle change. Keep it up! You can do this!

    why thank you! yes I am trying hard! was at goal weight 4 years ago, but blew it. I know how to eat, and what not to pig out on. so heres to motivation and determination! just want to feel better, not so sluggish.

    So I still haven't gotten to the gym...

    But i did however change careers from a computer job to the car business, and been trying to be somewhat healthy and drink a lot of water at least..

    I mean I guess it's working.. I'm down like 15 lbs in two weeks lol.
