    So, I am going to Temptations in 3,5 weeks. Don't get me wrong, I am very excited... But sometimes I just wish it won't be so close from now! I still want to loose like 10 pounds (the more - the better) I exercise a lot, don't eat bad food, do a lot of scrubs. But it still 10 pounds to go. I know that it is all not very important, BUT I WANT TO LOOK SEXIER AND SLIMMER!!!
    What magic do you all sexy people use to look so hot and sexy on the photo? Give me some:)

    last 10 is a bugger!! down 13 now. keep it going! hopefully soon I will be waiting for the last 10 to be gone! come on aug. 29th

    down one more! starting to see change!! liking it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! got a ways to go, but when you physically see a difference it is great!

    Been avoiding this page for a while. I gained 7lbs during my break! 2lbs the day after, then 4lbs suddenly went on a day after that. I was sure I'd lose - I worked out on WalkJogRun that I walked around 25 miles over the week. But alas, drinking seems to be my downfall. As soon as I drink, I gain almost everything I lose. I've lost 3lbs since, but still grumpy about gaining so much even after all the effort involved with all the walking. Two steps forward and one step back.

    yep beer is my down fall. I only drink on the weekend if we are out doing something. if we are home, don't drink. but have given up beer for awhile to help in weight loss. will try mio and vodka. not a huge fan of vodka, but I will try it to see. really don't like sugary drinks so that's a plus. be patient trish, you will get back on track.

    Never going to give up drinking, but obviously can't drink (15) 125+ calorie beers each day Friday - Sunday and a variety shots throughout and expect to lose weight. Sadly sacrifices are necessary, and I recommend Gin or Vodka, diet tonic water, w/ a lemon and a lime.

    going to the lake for weekend. heres to eating right, and trying mio and vodka staying strong!!! hopeing for weight loss

    I know how you feel
    I don't know how many times I've tried to be good I keep having one last cheat day . Think I need to book TTR again that's only thing am good for :)
