    We arrived August 28th but time to get back working out hard. Only gonna see you two for a day if that, down to less than three months now.

    Monique you ever try a foam roller? They work wonders...

    I'm trying to get back on my game this week. Feeling like such a fat blob.. Actually brought gym clothes with me to work today... gonna try and stop on my way home after work... Need to get the muscles moving.

    Down 4lbs this week. That's 13lbs down since we got back in April. At a music festival later this week and over the weekend, so going to be a fair few liquid calories consumed. Will be walking about 20 miles with heavy bags though over the week, so hoping that balances out the extra booze calories!

    I just started my TTR diet ... week 1 I lost a little over 3 lbs ... hopefully week 2 will go just as smoothly! I have baby weight to lose before May 2016 when we go to TTR!

    Week 1 in the books and down 4lbs. That was a minor miracle considering what I ate and drank at my bday party over the weekend. Was positive I'd gained weight. 9 1/2 weeks and 29lbs to go...

    down about 7 lbs. not a lot but I will take it. slow and steady. hopefully it will turn into 20 but end of august!

    Help I need some motivation I've put a stone (14 lb )on over the last 6 weeks I was at TTR for 2 of them. I was good all week doing HIIT on the treadmill plus weight session then I hit the weekend and I eat everything in sight .

    Well back from an insane week of drinking and walking. I've gained 2lbs. It must be the drinking. I did enough exercise every day to be able to get away with a ridiculous amount of calories, but I feel seriously swollen like I'm retaining water or something.

    Hang in there Loopywoz - weekends are hard! I'm using MyFitnessPal to reign in excess @ the weekend and it seems to help. I didn't record what I've eaten last week and gained 2lbs.

    I use Myfitnesspal too ... I love it! I lost just under 5 lbs so far in 2 weeks. It really helps keep me on track!
