Just back after amazing 2 weeks but no stop drinking and eating back in the gym in the morning and good health food shop not getting on the scales just yet !
Week 4 and another 2lbs off. Ate and drank shit load of food and wine for our anniversary last Wednesday too, so glad I actually lost anything!
Back on the health eating as off today . I could get my head round it last week just kept want to eat anything I fancied and I did !!!!
K I had a little break from dieting. Actually some really bad eating the last couple weeks. I just got 5 new bikinis so motivation to look better. My back however since Mexico is so much worst. I am totally rolling over the nerve 20 times a day right now. Before Cancun 150 sit up a day but today a very painful attempt��. Got to get back to it hard and just work around the dam knee and back.
Sit up are a really bad for you back y don't you try the plank plus when you do the plank your using so many other muscle in your body as well
Haven't posted on here in quite a while but just booked a trip for late August so back on the diet starting Monday! Lost 50+ lbs before we went to TTR in February but have gained 7 back since. I figured the best way to get motivated was a return trip lol
We are planning trip to TTR in June 2016 ... my diet officially starts Monday! I have some baby weight to lose to get TTR ready!
No weight loss this week. Went a bit off track Saturday and Sunday for a friend's birthday. Need more self control!
