You're absolutely correct! Working out is GREAT for you.........you need to do it, but it isn't the key to prolonged weight loss. You have a really good program for weight loss if you decide to try it I know you will be successful!
Pretty much following what LadynTramp suggested.. and surprise surprise down 3 lbs.. now if I would just drink more water... and exercise ...hmmm could I make it in 24 days...LOL will see... must say didn't cut back the wine as much as was suggested but did cut back.. so Thank you LadynTramp
Eating “healthy” and eating “correctly” while you regularly workout often get very confused. My parent-in-laws think they eat healthy. They buy "Low-this" and "Light- that", mixed with this "Diet stuff", and "Low carb whatever". I look at their fridge and just shake my head. None of it is the right kind of stuff. My average meal plan is typically something like below. (not during weekend party time) 7am-Egg whites 9am-Oatmeal 12pm -chicken breast +vegetable 2:30pm - fruit, triscuits or granola bar 4pm - Protein shake (post workout) Dinner - Meat/fish, vegetable, light starch Later snack - Protein shake Eating on a plan similar to this, is much better thing counting calories, and skipping meals. It isn’t a diet, but more of a way of life. Just my opion, just trying to give more advice that worked for me Obviously everyone is different, and you have to do something that works in balance with your life, goals, and excercise routine.
I try and eat right 5-6 small meals a day lifts heavy weights every day check products for there sugar contents not they fat but I can't help have the odd treat ! The scales are not moving at the moment but my body fat is going down slightly
So true it's took me a long time to believe that about the scales I was eating right going gym and the scales wasn't moving yet I was feeling and looking better , better to go off how u feel and your clothes throw the scales away ! Take a pic of your self !
ok I eat salads with cabbage, spinach, green onion, black beans, carrot sm. amount of those, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, tomatoes. sometimes I put tuna fish in it, other times chicken. left over steak, or pork. very little dressing. I eat small amounts plain yogurt, and fruit. occasionally I eat what I shouldn't, but well oh well. time will tell. most of my veggies are always eaten raw. cant stand soft veggies.
