I would love to have a pt! but yes very expensive. the gym we belong to isn't a lot. If you go month to month its 25 dollars. yearly its discounted. when we first signed up a young man who worked there showed us some things, so that's what we do. phillip knows the machines pretty good too. that helps. whatever you feel you need, and feel that works for you. just keep doing it. the road to good health is not easy, its a real lifestyle change for sure. start small, then if its for you increase to a higher level. I ate a grilled cheese last night. felt guilty, but it was yummy!!!!!!! so off to the gym in a bit. have a great day everyone!!
Agreed!... My pt is worth her weight in gold, she knows my body better than I do, I am currently prepping for my first physique comp. So at 51 need every bit of help I can get!. There is no way I could do this without her, I trust her implicitly.. Everyone's training is personal to them, so who's to say how much cardio, HIIT or weight trg is appropriate... And I tip the scales at 67kg atm, and am extremely happy with what stares back at me in the mirror. :aktion054: :uk1: Karen x
wow you go girl!! Im not sure im ready for that much commitment. but I applaud those that are. Your own opinion is what matters. Its you who have to be happy in your skin. Not everyone else. great job.
I don't use a PT every workout. I'm maybe a couple times a month.......less if I'm not having issues of some sorts............more if I'm working through an injury.
I think a trainer was 200 $ Per session... + de gym per month around so almost 300 $ really expensive !!!!
to me that's a lot. but if you have it, and it is what you feel works best for you, do it. for me a fat camp! no goodies, pt everyday, just one reason im there. yep would make life easier! but then reality sets in. its just up to me!
So true you can have all the help in the world but at the end of the day it's down to your self to put the effort in and prepare the food as its 80% food 20% exercise
yep so right! too bad the 75 per. of the food I like is not going to help!! ha ha ha no I really like healthy food. but do so love the bad bad food too!
