Great idea! My go-to low cal/low carb treat is frozen Greek yogurt covered berries. They're as simple as they sound... Just use a toothpick to dip blueberries or raspberries in your favorite flavor of Greek yogurt (I do blueberries in vanilla yogurt) and swirl to cover. Place them on a sheet pan and freeze for at least an hour before moving to a freezer storage bag. One 5oz yogurt is enough to cover about 1C of blueberries. A 1/2 C serving is only about 40 calories, 7 net carbs (depending on the yogurt) and 4g protein
I can't eat any fruits as of right now because I want too loose fat FAST. fruits are also high in sugar ( natural ) but still and you're body take that and transform it into sugar which sugar are = carbs. What I do... since egg doesn't have any carbs or 1 depends on the brands, my omellet with 4-5 grams of carbs on the morning. 2 egg, 15 gr of spinach or so. 20 gr of red peppers ( or orange or yellow ), I don't like the green one ), 1 green onion, 20 gr of tomato. Mixed all that together put it on the pan. Then when one side is cook I turn it. Put some '' saputo '' mozzarella cheese, with 1 carbs per 30 gr. 15 % of M.G. I shredded mixed with about 2 tablespoon or Parmesan shredded. Then with a huge coffee and that's my favorite meal ! =) ( too cook it I used Extra virgin olive oil ). 2 months till on my diet, and my weight it's only on tuesday and I feel like I've gain 10 pounds ( but I watch everything I ate. ) If you want to help yourself to tracking food I use myfitnesspal Good luck all
I use Daily Burn to track my calories and workouts. I am going high protein for a couple weeks and then cutting back carbs to minimum of two times a day. I am increasing my water intake but I still eat everything but it small portions and under 1400 calories for the day. I want 15 lbs of or more.
Hardest thing for me is balancing counting calories and getting my liver in shape for those sexy pool 32oz bubba mug long Island iced teas!
Being really strict on my diet. Hoping for a great result at the end of the week. Working out daily too.
Try the insanity workouts by Shaun T And drink shakes as meal replacement but get a good isolate from a nutrition store
