Please someone slap the food out of my mouth!!! Lol. 17 weeks to go and I'm feeling pretty good about my progress even with the holidays
Down 11 lbs in 2 weeks. Trying to drop another 20 before our next trip Feb 21st. That will get me back to what I weighed in our profile pic when I was only about 30 lbs overweight! Lol John
Trying to drop 20+ pounds by Jan. 30th. I should be able to do it, and have doubled my cardio, and my workouts in general. Was 219 a week ago, and I want to be under 200. I am in training for an eating contest called Philadelphia Wing Bowl. I am one of about 30 people that will be eating chicken wings at the Flyers stadium in front of a sold out 20,000 people crowd. It is this huge thing in Philly every year and there are 100s of half naked girls, and it is a crazy drinking party. At the gym yesterday I ran 4-10 minutes miles, this girl was like "what marathon are you training for?" I was like "umm it isn't a race, it is a chicken wing eating competition." Last year the winner ate 374 wings in 30 minutes.
Thats a lot of fucking wings! Think my personal record was 55. But that was back in college when my metabolism was a lot faster and my favorite bar had $0.10 wings and $1 tallboys every Thursday.
Pretty sure the last time I weighed 177 I was 11 years old lol. My goal is to weigh less than Katherine (my wife) and our friend Nicole who is coming with us. Currently 249. Katherine is around 125 (she'll kill me when she reads this!) and Nicole is about 105. Have my work cut out for me... John
Down 1 more lb but almost scared to even put it here as tomorrow it will probably back. Getting through the weekends is always the worst.
