    So far for me ...

    Start back on monday at 178.4

    and this morning 174.4 =D -4 pounds for this week

    I didn't thought I'll loose that much weight but I guess I was wrong =)

    Whatever what I'm glad ! :D -30 pounds total so far :)

    ya I will be easy on it. my left knee I stretched my acl and mcl I had to wear a mechanical knee brace for 6 weeks 24 hours a day except to shower. annoying!! but this feels minor. but thanks if it don't improve I will!! you go girl!! 30 lbs is nothing to sneeze at! a lot of determination and will power! Im sure you are, but make sure you are getting all of the veggies, and protein that you need to keep things strong and healthy. bones aren't sexy or healthy, trim and firm is great!! keep those muscles in shape!!

    Protein is the key for building muscles. if you lose weight to quick it will be just water and muscle not fat . If you lose muscle you won't burn fat . The more muscle you have the more fat you will burn and you will look more lean

    that's good, I have plenty of muscle, so just to reduce the fat! its slowly coming off. I pretty much have the no smoking thing down, well I cheated a couple of times this last trip. not to bad though. so gym, proper diet, and the cheat day of something I really crave!! but not the whole pizza! maybe just half! im going to have it off by april, if we cant go then sept. I still felt really good this last trip. I think im the only one who notices all of my jiggles. I even felt comfortable enough to take top off on Boobs Cruise this year!! yea me!! so stepping out of one comfort level was good. now the next!

    Make sure you do weights when exercising cardio is good but you get more of a after burn with weights ( u keep burning fat when you have left the gym) you body need to repair your muscle

    yep always do weights. kinda a bummer but have to start off kinda heavy, because otherwise I don't feel it unless I do mega sets

    Only lost 1lb this week better off than on down to 134 lb now

    so Today .. 176.0 ( bad weekend )

    I was 178.2 I'm 176.0 today .. so -2.2 pounds for this week.

    My objective was to be 175 pounds which I didn't did it .. :(
    Hope this week will be better.. !
