    I need one of those scales!! LOL!

    Well, it was a rough summer here and my old habits of using food to make me feel better resurfaced with a vengeance :-( After my last trip to TTR in May, I came home alone and Chris flew to Texas to work for the summer. So, I ended up putting on almost 30 pounds over the next 3-4 months. I know...impressive, huh?! Well Chris is home and it's time to get back to where I need to be health wise. Started the very end of August and I'm down by about 15 pounds, but still haven't gotten myself back to the gym (I'm embarrassed to go back). It's a small home town gym and I was a regular, so I know I'll get questions and comments. Just depressing to think about retracing steps once again. But we've booked for TTR in April, so that is giving me some motivation along with the fact my blood pressure was once again rearing it's ugly head.

    It's good to come here and realize that I'm not alone. You guys are an encouragement, keep up the good work!

    We just did a nice brisk 4 mile walk in 1:10 followed by a stretching session led by our Navy Seal candidate son. The walk was easy but the stretch damn near wrecked me! LOL

    I want to be under 180 :( BOOOO

    Well, our intentions were good but we thought we wouldn't be back until May and now we are going for Halloween. I (Guido) have lost another 12lbs and Blondie about 10. So we have to see what we can do in the next 25 days. It's crunch time...literally. I am down 44lbs from my max weight and goal is another 40 so I have my work cut out for me. Blondie is a lot closer to her goal.

    I hear ya, since beginning of may I have gained about 15 lbs. quit smoking. very happy not to smoke, but sad about the weight. so trying hard to be good. hang in there!! I will give it my best until 28th oct.

    I try to run between 40 and 50 miles a month at a 8 to 8:30 mile pace...

    So Do you know what's pissing me off .. The fact that I'm 0.2 POUNDS to be under 180 .. which I was late in 2011 .. So it's a HUGE PROGRESS. Almost 24 poounds off.

    It seems like I just stock with it so today and for the next 2 days it will only be liquid diet ( shakes, soup and stufff like that.. ) ( all high protein ) One girl was stuck and she did it for 3 days and she lost 5 pounds that weeks ..
    For 3 weeks I,m stock now and i'm getting annoying ! =)
    want to be 160 before X-mas and then 140 for April ( I wish )

    and I hope .. last time I was at 140 I was sicks as hell at the hospital .. So At least I will try with 150 and if it's working I'll try to be 145. then 140 ..
