    Well I've been back at the gym this week still not 100% but I've lost all my TTR weight :) I wasn't eating much when I was poorly last week so am happy about that . Back on track only 10 1/2 months till are next TTR trip :)

    well have our trip in 3 months so really had better get on the ball! not too bad but well I want things to fit good. almost 3months without smoking, haven't really had the urge to pig out on sweets so that is a good thing. the gym just might have to be my new best friend.

    ok down 3 pounds in two weeks. not a lot, but im happy with it. am really watching what I eat, but more importantly How much I eat! still had a very small piece of cheesecake last night. just need to keep the goal in mind. hope everyone is nearing there goals, stay strong. I want to shed the pounds, not just to look better, but to be healthier! I feel so much better when I don't have to lug the weight around.

    We'll I have never been this bad at working out. My hip is screwed. I have to push through it and work out everyday. So gonna get strict and kick fat to the curb in the next month. Hopefully I get some help here too. My motivation is sucking.

    sorry m. but with hip, knee joints ect. pain the more you weigh the more the shit hurts! I know first hand! so even if you aren't able to work out hard, anything helps. plus eat for your activity level. and as f ed up as it sound try to keep it clean. just keep in mind how good you will feel pounds lighter, and keep it going. people like you for you, not how you look. but you need to do it for you!! so you feel better. two shot disc in my back and two in my neck, kinda lets me know when I fell into the pizza wagon!! so ya im doing this for my no pain goal, or at least a less pain goal. for now do what doesn't hurt so bad. you know you can do it.

    yep m the elliptical is a good choice for me, as way less impact than treadmill. walking instead of running. ect. I wince when I see people out running down the pavment going past a school, when they have running tracks that have the springy turf on them. why run down through traffic breathing in all the car exsaust and crap? don't make a lot of sence. a lot of what we have been taught in the name of getting healthy and fit is wrong. but even if people are told about it they don't change. oh well get better as much as you can, and know that you are doing all you can for you!!
