    Am back !! Put 5lb in 2 weeks happy with that did go gym over there not every day tho .
    Back in training now for the next holiday !!!!

    Been to gym every day for the last week! Feeling so much better. No idea if I've lost weight I've given up weighing myself but I definitely feel much better.

    You are absolutely right in not checking the scale. Using the scale can be quite futile and misleading. I've gone through periods in which I've worked out for months (strength + cardio) and cleaned up my diet and my weight didn't budge. But my physical appearance, namely waistline, saw dramatic improvement. 5 inches off the waist, same scale reading. When the Mrs. gets into her weight training mode, she tends to put on about 5-10 pounds of muscle. Which is significant because she hovers around 120 lbs most of the year. Her physical appearance goes from slender to POW! Winter months in New England kept us inside the house and from our basement gym. Too damn cold for us native San Diegans. Now that the weather has warmed up we are in full beast mode. Moral of the story: check the mirror not the scale.:xyxthumbs:

    Curiosity got the better of me, I weighed in this morning, first time since around early April. Lost 11lbs! So, counting that as a steady loss of about 1 to 1.5lbs a week. I hate it when the scale jumps up and down, it's better for my sanity if I just don't look for months.

    Still 17lbs heavier since my first trip to TTR in 2011 though...long way to go. Got 4 months to reach some kind of target, not decided what yet. First milestone will be weighing less than on my first trip.

    Back working out, I was having some issues with my hip and of course motivation lately too.

    Arrrggghhh this watching what I eat is so hard when you get back from your holiday I just want to eat everything . I've had to book my pt again for 10 session I need to get focused again !! Might book TTR again that would keep me on track ! :)

    well weight is out of control, but still haven't smoked!!! 2 months smoke free!!!! no smokes for me. my battery puffer is working great. time to start the weight loss. been saying that for awhile, but now im serious!

    Been really poorly this week with cold/ flu . So missed the gym and my pt session and weigh in. Not been eating that much tho with not feeling well hopefully I should be feeling better by mon
