Have fun we are all proud of you and bike and weights is better than nothing. Work within the limits of the injury, don't push the healing. When you back we will still be here ready to go again and continue the weightloss.

Congrats!! That's a tough thing to do... I know, i've been there lol... TTR was actually my downfall of quitting smoking lol. While I may not be making it to the gym, i'm trying to move away from all processed foods... Its not AS difficult as I expected...
thanks!! this time it has been pretty easy. I made a goal date and just have stuck to it! always quit when pregnant, but like a dumb ass started again. not this time!!! couple of years ago quit for 3 months. then started again. not this time!!!! I like to breath!! hiking with dogs fun!! money I save great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more room in suitcase for shoes perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back on it after a lengthy unintentional break. Changed jobs and had a few months my head was not in the game, but new lease of life now I'm back in the gym! Aiming for minimum 30 mins every day, plus I've quit drinking unless a special occasion so should be reducing a load of cals from my diet. Hope everyone has been doing ok!
K I am back. I am having some issue but gonna get through them and work out again. Gonna just do bike today or a least if it is pain free. Time to get back to weightloss I had a sabotaging two weeks . Starting over damm.
yep got the smoking thing out of the way, now lose weight I gained back! mostly need to tone up. need to get all the holliday planning out of the way so I can get to the gym. haven't got a tan yet either. 4 months to TTR need to work it!
Ah Kathy am a pretty white girl here too. I got a little burnt last weekend but it's rained so much here. There no sitting outside and tanning.
