    Put 2 1/2 on this week I know I would of put some on I was eating and drinking everything in sight last weekend when we went and stayed with are friends . It will be off for by net week and somemore hopefully !!

    you will. just keep in mind your goal. but never stop living, for that one date in mind. Its hard for me to remember to balance out the fun. but it is getting easier.

    I defo won't be eat thing for the sake of it on holiday my body didn't know what hit it , it give a bad belly

    yep ate too many carbs one day, got really sick feeling. don't do that anymore!

    Just had a bad eating weekend and now where headed home from a weekend of partying in Calgary with Cancun peeps. Home to work out and undo the damaged done. just booked August 29th - September 6th

    well I think food is tasting better!! hummm time for the gym, cant gain back all I lost!!

    9th day today smoke free!! not as bad as I thought. congrates Kathy!! phil is doing it too which makes it easier!!

    Well good to hear the not smoking this is going well for you Kathy.. and Phil.
    So after 3 weeks in Cancun I've gain 6lbs.. dam it !!! thats 2lbs per week...now if it goes on that easily I'm hoping it comes off the same 2lbs off per week...
    So started back with working out in the am 20min, going to try walks at lunch and back on better food and cut back on the alcohol .. was doing pretty good before we left so looking forward to continuing. Have a a lot of time to get it off...not sure when we're going back hoping for Oct. but wait and see I guess.. but the point is I don't want to be in panic mode just before again. I thought about challenging myself that when I drop 25lbs after the 6 I gained I'll book another trip...

    6lb is good going for any 3 week holiday it's so hard to be good on holiday
