We use the myfitnesspal app to record everything - food, work, drinks, exercise, etc... It's helped me a TON on what I eat. You can also update what you've done online too. I can't say that I've lost a ton of weight, but it feel better about myself for making a conscious effort. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Yeah I think it helps writing down what you eat you can forgot by the end of the day and end up eatting more cos you think you haven't had a lot . Little pickers wear bigger knickers !
I (GoGo) spent 12 weeks at home, not working, and put on 7lbs despite daily 1 hour gym workouts. But ate like a horse (Blanco is a fabulous cook), and drank pretty much every night. Now I'm away from home working again, dropped 7lbs in 4 weeks, despite only going to the gym at the weekends. Why? On my feet and on the go all day, catering for myself, so not tempted to eat Blanco size portions, and no booze! :daisy:
bad day yesterday!! hair doing all kinds of crappy stuff, food, lets just say ate way too much! really just don't like this getting older stuff. but cant do much to stop that. so put on the happy face and keep at it.
I am down 20 lbs since last TTR/Desire Vacation in April 2013!! Feels so good. I eat a high protein, low sugar, low carb diet and it seems to work for me!! Hubbie and I have been trying to hit the gym as much as we can with the busy schedule as well!!!
down half a lbs. dammit I will take it! half is better than none. happy weekend everyone, heres to loosing more.
Well not sure if I am down yet as I didn't weigh myself yet. I am gonna wait till tomorrow. Got my work out it early today. and off to shop, aerobic.........walking the mall lol. Here's hoping tomorrow is a good day.
