You are doing awesome to even think of it. My hubby and I are committed to at least 4 times a week until vacation. And......if I don't I have to have 3 tequila shots a day when we get there and the friend I made the bet with has to have 6 tequilas a day if he doesn't do the exercise!! And I don't like tequila shots. So I guess it is scaring me into it!! Lol.
Stayed the same this week happy with that cos I was out last weekend exercising my liver for TTR and I will be doing the same tonight !
so.. why does it not surprise me that as hard as I try to eat well and drop a few pounds, pay a personal trainer to workout with me 3 times a week, end up with shingles..PHACK ME!!! I feel like shit and have for almost 2 weeks and im so tired and weak and sick that i just want to stay in bed.. but I cant cause I have a job and I am pushing myself to still get my workouts in as lame as they are.. It just cant believe that it would make me feel so weak.. my rash is mild but the virus IS NOT.. WTF.. I have read that the flu like symptons can last for weeks.. ;(
Kim, So sorry to hear that! You should continue gentle exercises, but no strenuous exercises. Your body needs some of that energy to heal. So tai chi, walking, relaxation yoga, etc. But heavy cardio and weights will rob you of the energy your body needs to heal. Drink lots of water, get plenty of rest and get better!!

I am friggin frustrated......I am only down 2 lbs........up 7 lbs from after I came back last trip gaining 8 lbs there. Thanks to screwed up hormornes and no period for 3 months now. I am so sick of losing to go and gain it all back again once I get back. Last thing I want to do right now is wear a bikini or a mini dress. I feel terrible in my clothes and I am trying so hard to keep a positive outlook. It's just not working when I look in the mirror or at myself in a bikini. With that said I am off to work out. Concentrating on the abs and legs. I am hitting the weights hard. I need some more muscle to help me out.
You just have to stay consistent I have to believe that it works eventually..it really is more about food.. Low carbs and no processed foods. It really is the only things that works for real.. Sent from my SGH-I317M using Tapatalk
