    Trying to get back to kicking my ass. I do good during the week but today nah being lazy. Yep and loving it.

    Started my 'plan' last week and am down 4lbs. Got a few more weeks to loose as much as possible before the trip.

    Dyan's been going to a trainer for a few years now. After a lot of discussion, we decided to join the rec center this week. This is a HUGE adjustment for me since I haven't worked out in 10+ years. Hoping to get a little healthier & a little less round in the middle.

    35 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minute walk and 30 minutes or back, bicep and triceps. I got a new sense of motivation and it's time ot kick fat's ass again. one month 4 weeks till we go.

    Im back, had to take 6 weeks off training but back at it yesterday... the good news is I didnt gain any weight while i was off still have 14 lbs gone, however I was starting to show a bit of muscle and yep, that's all gone.. I hope its true that muscle has memory and that it comes back fairly quickly. heres hoping!

    1lb down this week happy with that was out on sunday exercising my liver!!! and had a good meal for valentines on the sunday

    Well maybe finallly my hormones are back on track.........it's always so bad when they are off. I gained 7 lbs in 2 months and now I have to work even harder to take it off.

    had a great workout today.. was not able to work out last thursday becauase I have this inflamation of the rib cartlage and after tuesdays work out it reared its ugly head.. it felt like somene had kicked me in the ribs all night long. I used to think that i slept on my arm cause i would wake up in the morning thinking my ribs were broked...how does that happen.. but a few years later I was told by a doctor what it was.. there is no rime or reason for it other than lifting heavy things or starting out a new workout routine after being off.. it sucks but thank god for ibprofin..so we will see how it goes today after on purpose, doing the exact same routine to see if it was the workout that caused it. so 2 hours later im thinking it was the workout. :(
