would love to go in april!! but dragon lady would say too many vac. days in the same school year. so probably looking at sept. was thinking about trying gov. but not totally convinced with reviews yet. maybe split some up? but keeping the goal in mind!! 25 25 25 begone evil one!!!
Started my double up until my trip April 12th. 45 minutes on the ellliptical this morning and 45 minutes of weights tonight. Two months to go and 123 workouts to get rid of this weight. Two a day till I leave.
2 a day, that's a lot. no snow for today so will go to the gym tonight. felt it from last time. so out of shape. oh well snow cant last forever.
An hour of weights this morning. I am humming and hahing wheather I will do another today. Working tomorrow and and worked late tonight. 6 day work week so I am tired.
end up going back to weight watcher tried to do it on mine own just cant stick to it. ive got a running app to do in the gym need to blast this fat away 18 week!!!!! to go
I'm back down below my first TTR trip weight from last April! I gained back 12 lbs out of the 20 I lost last time. Now I have 70 days to lose even more weight! I might have to buy all new TTR clothes. Darn. lol
Going to weight watchers paid of lost 7lb this week just hope I can be good on Sunday when I go for my valentines meal!!
I picked up new training shoes and weight lifting gloves today. What a difference! My hands get so sweaty and slippery. I was using running shoes before for weight lifting which is not supposed to be great especially for the squat rack because of all the cushioning. It felt so much more natural in my new shoes. They're cute too! I only do about 10 minutes of cardio per work out, so it made more sense to get training shoes.
