I guess I am not the only one having a lazy week, from all the post on here. Almost feel sick at the shit I ate this weekend. oh God damm I better smarten up.
this is a hard time of year for every one.. just get through it the best you can try to resist some of the loads of treats out there.. and get some exercise in where you can. Id like to put out a challange for the new year to everyone. For most of us, its back to work Jan 2nd.. so I am committing to 100 days of (minimum) 30 minutes a day of exercise. EVERYDAY FOR 100 DAY!!... NO EXCUSES! get up earlier in the morning if you have to but everyday for 100 days. Anyone want to join me?
