Don't sweat it Trish... as I'm sure you've noted... no comments really from me these past two weeks...because.. well... um ah ??? ... ok god dam it... I cannot tell a lie... I just flaked out.. we had a horrible week last week and it was pretty much eat whatever you can find.. cause I'm not grocery shopping. The weather here was horrible and going to and from work with my hubby.. early mornings late nights.. no chance to plan.. However, like you I know it works so I know your off but I'm on and will keep you updated on how its going for me.. I'm so glad that you did see some progress.. but sure glad we didn't put any money on this.....LOL
I don't know about that Kim. I think it was just a pre cancun chaos crew party. Glenn and I just were chatting on line on the Dec 1st Boobs Cruise thread and they invited us to come. Kind of awkward going to a party when we are not gonna be in cancun with them. Lol as a joke we had Steve add us to the booze cruise list so now they all are so sure we will show up. Not going though as I have no more holidays.
I don't make any effort and my weight don't move so 189 10 lbs lost!!! I'm happy about it tho but now I miss time! I guess I'll just watch what I eat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
45 minutes weights today. Lol I struggled through this one today. Must eat better. I am so lacking energy today.
so finally the scale moves -1.2 and it says my BF % is up.. WTF..I need to get rid of the damn scales.. lol they are driving me crazy.. lol
Took a lazy day off yesterday and got in 45 minutes of weights today. It's been a shitty week for food, blah what the hell I still have time. Gonna get back on the strict diet next week. Thsi girl needs results, and more results to get more motivated.
No workout, well sort off. I shovelled for 45 minutes. Damm wind had that snow 2.5 feet high in spots. I was exhausted after that, so decided it's a clean up the house day and day off of working out. So sweep and washed floors, dusted and cleaned my kitchen. I think it's got to count for something.
I'm still weight lifting with a bit of cardio 3 days per week. I'm feeling so strong now! I have muscles in my arms I didn't know existed! The weight is slowly going down now. I need to work on eating better than I am though. Just did a nice healthy grocery shop. I even picked up a microwave omelet maker, so I can make a quick one in the mornings.
I'm such a slug... Been eating like crap, sleeping like crap, and haven't been to the gym in so long... I really need a kick in the ass...
