    Marlene was tired and run down last night and I let it carryover to me and neither of us went to gym. I struggled this morning as she still felt tired but I got in the 45 minute spin class. going out tonight and tomorrow night so no PM workouts, just AM, so I'm glad I got in this morning's class. 19 days to go.

    One hour of weights in today, aerobic a little later today and snow shovelling. Still working hard and back t my pre cancun weight. So happy to keep it going. Bring on April.

    we went to spin class on Saturday morning and I played a little soccer yesterday. Monday morning is the toughest class to make and yesterday's wine made the decision for us so we didn't go. Cannot skip anymore because tuesday, thursday, and friday nights do not look good for workouts but do have alcohol in the forecast. 16 days to go.

    I'm up on the scale this morning after having a bad day for food... yesterday, drinks and pizza.. not so good and froze my ass off at the football game in calgary but .. it was fun!..lol

    Not to worry Kim I had a bad eating day too. I should have went out, but nope stayed home and ate everytime I got bored. Lol I had real lazy day too. I worked out but then shopped onlne most of the day. Up one lb. I also got in more shovelling today and a half hour of elliptical. It' was a lame work out but in my defense I worked today(super busy), came home shovelled, made supper, and then worked out. I just wanna sit my ass down now and veg right out.

    K well I feel better about Sunday, today, down 2 lbs this morning. Yep the same friggin two lbs I lost twice now and I will again, lessen learned go and shop,never just chillax at home. I will eat less if nothing fits me right in the stores. Off to go work out now, lots of weights today. Back to pre cancun weight, now to make an effort to get back to back to pre April cancun weight. If I hit those number again I will be estatic.

    Disn't have a great week. At all! Except I walk like hell this weekend for shopping @ woodbury !

    Good news is: some of my swimming suit just came in and they are all fit me except one!! Too too small LOL!

    Other good news it's I'm book so at least that will motivated myself!!!

    ohhhh well :)

    I didn't retook any pound of what I lost ( 10 )!
    at work i'm always up! Abd Ben told me that I lost some weight so I take the fact than I always move and also my fat body come down by 2.5% so I'm proud of that! I think what happen it's I gained mussle!!! ;)

    I just got some pizza, and seriously.. My body hurt as hell.. I never get so much pain because of that :( ARGHHH

    Down one lb today, yeah feeling good. One hour of aerobic done.

    i am finding it so hard to get back in to losing weight. ive put all my weight on i lost before i went away all my clothes are tight . i have a wedding on the 28th dec so i do have something to lose weight for .heeeeelllllppppp!!!!!!!!!
