    Got in 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the spin bike. Maybe weights tonight but I am gonna see how I feel. Feeling good today.

    Mean when hungry

    So I have done low carb no grains for a few months and I see a big difference in my belly but if I'm hungry I'm meaner than normal. I've always been a grumpy hungry girl but I thought I was going to stab someone with a fork if they didn't get something besides bread in the table before my friends bday party last week. Anyone else have the angry hunger pains?

    Yep, I just drink water and I'M ok.. If it's doesn't pass then I drink a protein Shake :)

    yup... I get them too... When you are doing low carbs/grains, water & low carb protein powders are great.. Oh... And Prosciutto and mozzarella roll ups..

    we leave in 3 weeks so did a weigh in today and lost 5lbs :headbanger:. went to 1 hour spin class with Marlene last night and no alcohol during Monday night football. Woke up at 5 and didn't want to go to gym but reminded myself that I wrote on here that I have to get back on track yesterday and got up. Then Marlene said she wasn't going and I almost climbed back into bed but somehow made it out and did the 45 minute spin class. getting out and the weigh in have me feeling good. gotta keep reminding myself of this feeling at 5am every morning.

    Ok I'm going to admit it... bad girl starts a challenge and can't say she did anything...LOL in my defense it was a long weekend. So I'm starting today... just think of it this way...I gave you a head start...LOL

    pains, yes; angry, no. local BJ's sells fiber one and nature valley protien bars, I loaded up on those and have them around all the time. I at least have one in the morning (if) when I workout and another in the afternoon.

    Haha...that's life! Weekend is a bad time to start things! Thing is to keep going. I skipped breakfast this morning and regretted it. I normally don't eat breakfast, but when meal the night before was low cal homemade soup, I really needed the calories this morning. I ploughed on through till lunch but starving and I know that's not healthy.

    Still, I've pretty much stuck to protein and veg since Sunday. Refreshing to eat healthy after a few bad diet months (I know). Lots of salads, soups and a few meat with veg meals.

    I am like that and my 3 daughters are as well.. lol of course I never noticed but my husband kindly pointed it out.. hhaha!

    Always do it for you, if Marlene sees the better shape your getting in, she'll be jealous and want to join in too. At least that is the theory, doesn't work with Glenn. Glenn will just tell me how great it is that I am super motivated and that I look good.
