    my official weigh in is today after work.. but I weighed myself at the gym with my trainer every tuesday as well and I was up 0.4 but, this contraption does not only measure weight it measures fat, mucsle and water..so even though my weight was up 0.4 I still lost one pound and a bit of FAT! and increased my lean muscle mass.. thats a win win for me!!.. its going in the right direction .. just kinda shows me that the weight on the scale is nothing but a number so lets not get discouraged by it..if your doing all the right things.. it will come off..;)

    I lost 2lbs this week. It's a nice loss, considering I've not lost for about 6 or 7 weeks. Been back to the gym and I went swimming. Back on it.

    Got in my weight workout this morning, and 30 minutes on the elliptical tonight. Yesterday was an hour of cardio. Still stuck. Eating well and working hard, sooner or later it is gonna give.

    Another hour and half in the gym today. My killer work out rocks. Damm feeling it.

    Now that we booked for April, it's time to get serious again. I lost 20 lbs Jan-April this year and gained about half of it back. I want to lose 36 lbs by the time we go. 6 lbs/month is very reasonable I think. I already lost 2 lbs this week just eating better, so it shouldn't be that hard right? hah! Time to hit the gym tonight and get back into weight training. I've missed it actually! No more excuses!

    I did 70 minutes of kick boxing with my son in law who is training to make the Fire department here in calgary, on Sunday "TURKEY DAY" even.. lol took monday off.. then I did 60 minuted of training with my trainer on Tuesday, 60 minutes of Kick boxing class last night and 60 minutes of training with my trainer this morning .. and I promised my councelor at Jenny I would try to get in 20 minutes of cardio twice this week.. lol Im exausted.. haha!

    55 minutes on the ellliptical and 1. 5 hours of weights this morning. Kicking my ass more. The diet is on target. I need more weight gone or else I am gonna scream.

    Wanted to go to the gym today, but somehow managed to pull every muscle in my entire left arm.. :(

    Maybe i'll go and do some cardio at least so I don't feel like such a fatass lol

    Yesterday was an awsome day. I am done 2 lbs this week for a total of 13 lbs. Tonight I have a halloween party. I have to keep it off this week. No gaining on the weekend. Next week I am gonna do a no carb week and kick it up for a week.

    my weekend was not great. Very hungry, had one drink on friday. Id say I was 90% on jenny for the week...guess we will see tomorrow what happens.
