Last nights weigh in at Jenny Craig was.....-2.1...for the week...I'm good with that.. going in the right direction...Oh yeah!
Did aerobic this morning and heading downstairs to do wieghts. hmmmmmmmmm Chest/ Back and Abs I think today.
Well I think I just beat the shit out of my back in the gym. I will let you know how I feel tomorrow. Back fat be gone.
Did another killer workout in the gym today. I am stiill very frustrated with my weight. I have lost inches but the weight remains stuck. Something is gonna give soon. I plan to have some super great work outs in the next four days. Might be heading to the hills for cardio.
I have one trick.. not sure what your eating but.. in the past when I was stuck i would take away my fruit for a bit until i started losing again.. it works...
Sounds like you are gaining muscle... Remember muscle weighs more than fat.. And the more you "tear" muscles from working out, the more they will burn fat.. Cardio won't do that as easily.. What's your calorie / protein / carb intake like for a typical day? Also, do you have a way to check your BMI at your gym? I REALLLLLLYYYY need to get back to the gym... I feel so fat.. Brought clothes to go after work... We'll see if I make it...
well been a little lazy with gym. too much going on right now. but its all good! dont be too hard on yourself m, losing inches is a good thing!!! wieght who cares! if your a size lets say 7 and 160lbs so.. if your a size 20 and 160lbs i have never worried about how much the scale reads, but more on how things wre fitting. that is the real test. and if the wieght goes down great!! so need to get tanning again. have a great weekend everyone. i have a feeling its going to be a buisy one!!
Oh I know I am smaller and everytime I have gotten stuck in the past I have lost about 7 inches overall of fat. I also know I am putting one some serious mucsle. Less fat jiggle going on here. I am not totally discouraged. I just want it to show on the scale too. My food intake has been around 1400 calories and my calorie burn is about 800 average per day. I am kicking it hard in the gym. BMI is easy to figure out but I won't be checking that as until it is in a normal range, I don;t care to call myself obese. lol Right now I am down about 5 inches of fat since I got stuck. My waist is down 2.5 inches and hips are down 1.5. My biceps are bigger.
Got a great strength workout in yesterday and 5 hours of shopping. Got 30 minutes on my elliptical and 30 minutes of weights today too. Tomorrow turkey supper...........yummmmmmm,
