30 minutes on the elliptical today and stretching. So soar from yesterdays new work out. Another 30 tonight.
so.. was not 100% jenny on the weekend.. My daughter decided to take 3 of my Jenny bars to school.. they are the meal replacement bars that help you feel full... so I had to make shift a few extra calories on my own..hope it didnt do to much damage.. weigh in is tomorrow!.. rotten kids.. haha!

Did my new weight training program again for an hour and half today. Damm it's good and I love it. Down 1 lb more today for a total of 12 lbs lost since Sept 9th.
A lot of Veggie for today For breakfast I had, oatmeal, Banana. For lunch i'll have Yogurt, cucumber salad, broccoli green pepper grapes and a banana. For Dinner, don't know yet.
ok gym first tan so far today. only 5min. dont want to burn. yes down 7 lbs. in two weeks, well and a couple of days!!!! happy happy happy!! a few more to go. well ya, a few, but hey its going in the right direction!! i think i will take it. glad everyone is on track!! here is to everyone a loosing and happy adventure!!
Went to the gym twice late last week... Its a start... And getting back on my diet game... I lost 5 lbs in 36 hours when I went to the gym last week.. I guarantee its all crap/water weight falling back off. I also can tell my muscle structure is FUCKED from where it used to be...
Got in a second work out tonight. I had better get some serious results with how hard I am working on it. I'll be damm pissed if i don't.
