    That's it.. I'm done... Feel so fat and disgusting... Going to the gym today for the first time in like 6-8 weeks... Not even bothering with the scale until I bust out a few hard workouts..

    And going on the chicken and brocolli diet for awhile..

    Taking it easy this week Kim, and yeah the diet is still strict. Working out only 2 a day if I am up to it and once if I am not feeling well. So far, it's okay and I am maintaining it.

    yuk caught the gomboo!! feel pretty lousy today. still have to go to work. at least there are no kids in the building!!

    35 minutes on the elliptical today and 20 minutes of abs and legs. Off to work I go. A little shopping after work and then back for another work out.

    Im still 100% on jenny, getting a little hungry at night but thats normal for the first week..cause you go from eating a possible 3500 calories or more a day to 1200.. lol stand to reason..lol

    I put 17 lbs back on.. So miserable.. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday.. Its a start

    Time to kick ass for April Noah, you can do it. Don't go protein crazy, just reduce some carbs. It's more managable then a high protein diet. Lose two to three lbs a week and it will stay away longer than the fast calorie losses.

    ok happy, but still a ways to go. lost 5lbs in two weeks!! im getting better at staying away from junk, but i like it so much!! oh well, what do i have to lose but flub!! 20 more days. trying for at least 5-10 more!! 5 would be good.

    My new bikini workout for the next 8 weeks 3 sets


    Fitter leg abduction, extensiion, and forward lunges- 30 reps each
    skaters- 30 rep per side
    Calf raises- toes forward, inward and outwards- 30 reps each
    Medicine ball figure 8- 8lb ball 30 reps
    Medicine ball bicep curl/ tricep extension - 30 reps each
    Arnold Press 10 lb 20 reps
    Rear Row 10lb 20 reps
    Horizontal Rear Row 10 lbs 20 reps
    Wide Latissmus Pull downs 45 lb 20 reps
    Reverse Latissmus Grip Pull Down 45 lbs 20 reps
    Side Plank with spiderman elbow/knee crunch 30 reps
    Plank 1 minute
    Russian Twist on a ball 8 lb dumbbell 30 reps each side
    Back extension on a ball 20 reps


    Just finished this and wow, feeling it and loving it.
    Later today 30 minutes on the elliptical.

    Maintaining last weeks weight. This week I will work harder.

    Ok Well, didn't went pretty good since Friday, I was in New-York, right after Syracuse. But for all the junk I eat took only .2 pounds :D Be back on track today !! :)
