That's it.. I'm done... Feel so fat and disgusting... Going to the gym today for the first time in like 6-8 weeks... Not even bothering with the scale until I bust out a few hard workouts.. And going on the chicken and brocolli diet for awhile..
Taking it easy this week Kim, and yeah the diet is still strict. Working out only 2 a day if I am up to it and once if I am not feeling well. So far, it's okay and I am maintaining it.
yuk caught the gomboo!! feel pretty lousy today. still have to go to work. at least there are no kids in the building!!
35 minutes on the elliptical today and 20 minutes of abs and legs. Off to work I go. A little shopping after work and then back for another work out.
Im still 100% on jenny, getting a little hungry at night but thats normal for the first week..cause you go from eating a possible 3500 calories or more a day to 1200.. lol stand to reason..lol

Time to kick ass for April Noah, you can do it. Don't go protein crazy, just reduce some carbs. It's more managable then a high protein diet. Lose two to three lbs a week and it will stay away longer than the fast calorie losses.
ok happy, but still a ways to go. lost 5lbs in two weeks!! im getting better at staying away from junk, but i like it so much!! oh well, what do i have to lose but flub!! 20 more days. trying for at least 5-10 more!! 5 would be good.

Later today 30 minutes on the elliptical. Maintaining last weeks weight. This week I will work harder.
