well phillip left today for a hunting trip. he will be gone untill sun. this will make for a easy week of sticking to the diet. its not his fault, if i eat bad but doesnt help when it stares me in the face. glad your back at it partydoll, but sorry you gained 25lbs. but wtf!! does the jenny c food taste ok? weve talked about trying something like that.

there is another one that offers food.. its called Nutrisystem.. I think.. that food is nasty..a girl here at my work was on it for a week and can not eat that food.. Jenny I think is ok.. a bit better than the weightwatchers frozen meals or the lean cuisine meals. the snacks are awesome..lol I add spices and veggies.. if you like pasta its pretty good, however.. I do not eat the pantry meals (the ones that dont need to be frozen) Lots of people like them.. I say "Dog food"!!!:..lol

it really does work.. the only problem is .. expensive and the length of time you need to be on it.. the food gets boring.. it usually works well for me .. I have always met my goal on it but have never had this much to lose. the US Jenny has some different food than here in canada..its worth a try, especially if you dont have to be on it a long time..

to lose 25lbs about how long would you think you would have to be on the plan? really interested, maybe when we get back after halloween phillip and i could do it together. it sounds great no guess work, and planned meals. might taste not the best but, well then i would eat less!!! ha ha also can you eat things like apples while on the plan or other fruit and not mess up the diet?

Im guessing because of course it depends on how well you follow the plan and stick to it.. but about 16 weeks.. @ 1.5 lbs a week.. and yes .. fruit and salad is a must.. and a cheese cake here and there.. lol they have free foods and limited foods that you can add and have 3 a day. In canada they have budget programs..an example would be 5 days of jenny 2 on your own..not sure they have that in the US..its not the worst program to be on. you have to see a councelor once a week and weigh in.. thats the part that keeps me mostly on track.. lol the dreaded weigh in.. haha! its an investmet for sure..

Well I'm stuck! Been the same weight for about 3 weeks. At least it's not a gain. I've been working on a big project for work, meaning lots of stays in hotels, and when I get home I've just wanted to be lazy and stay in bed.

Just ordered a lot of my TTR stuff for trip this Dec. Had to resign to buy in my usual size. To hell with it, I'll have fun regardless. Still got 9 weeks to go, so still time to put some effort in before my trip. At least the exercise is paying off. Feel a lot healthier through working out so much. Just as usual I struggle to keep with the diet.

I am also 20 lbs more than April when we went. It sucks. K today I had a totally pathetic work out. On'y 19 minutes on the elliptical. I am catching another cold, so not up to it today
