well two weeks back at the gym. 3-4 times a week. def. see and feel and improvment. slow but what the hey! now need to step it up another notch, and then again until, im there. feeling pretty good about things right now, have a great weekend everyone!!
well here goes another week for the gym. wednesday i get my foot worked on. so no gym for a couple of days at least. have to push it time is running out. havent stepped on a scale for a long time probably wont either. as long as i see and feel results, i wont bother with how much i wiegh. need to get a good base tan going too. have to stay strong and stay away from the school food!! stuff is all fat.
its very frustrating when and injury causes a stop in the excercising. be patient, it will get better.
well just got home from lazer surgery on the foot. nothing real serious, but no gym for a few days. that sucks. but well at least it will be healed for vac. in oct!!! that is the important thing!!
diddnt do so well on the food choices yesterday. ate some triskets and cheese!! yum! but havent for awhile. i try not to think in terms so much as diet, that always makes me feel deprived. i like good food so i try to keep in mind that the freash stuff tastes better than fattning food. and once in awhile i give myself a reward!! while on vac. i still eat healthy, but throw in some other stuff too. but not big portions of it. last vac. i only gained 2 bls. so heres to try not to gain more than that this time.
