Down 4lbs this week..........it's a start. Long way to go till I feel normal again but definitely celebrating this week. Last weekend was bad, and gained three pounds over the weekend so I guess it's back to pre stampede weight - 1 lb.
Your food is the most important when trying to lose weight u can't exercise a bad diet . It isn't easy I love my food and there are weeks when they have been bad I think it's good that you are putting your gains on here it's show to other people that its not only them that have bad weeks we all do .
well feeling better than i have in the past. wieght is slowly coming off. getting the hormones in order is a big part of it. those things play heck with your body. im happy for everyones good days and feel the pain of the bad. yes we all love our food. but changing to a healthier way of eating, not only pays off in the wieght dept. but your overall feeling. when i go a day without my veggies i feel sluggish, and tired. so heres to everyones losses and hopefully very small gains!!! just enjoy what you can in life and look forward to everything you can make out of it while were here.
Welll the neighbours birthday over the weekend = drinking= gaining weight for me= F##k here we go again.
Ok for me went to wasaga beach got a wild wind. Wave was 5 ft and no more sand only water!! but I've try to watch everything didn't eat more thAn needed. Just play zumba and just dance at wii for like 45 min! I passed the vaccum in my car today lots of sand! Walk like hell this weekend, fishing and eat salad! Also, I went swimming in Lingerie at 2 am in the lake LOL! I don't know What's my weight I'll check tomorrow but I loose fat over my legs and a bit on my billy!!! Like when we eat fajitas I decide to eat one and a half no sauce ( only hot sauce ) and a bit cheese! Hamburger just one! No fries, rice, bread, cola, juice, beer, etc!!! Witch they are mortal! Pretty proud, take one pound since last Friday So happy !! The weekend didn't let me gain the pound I lost Ok target see 190 by sunday
Went to the gym for the first time since thursday... Up a pound... which isn't bad considering I ate fairly crappy this weekend, drank, and then last night decided taco bell would be a good idea lol
omg buzzing lost 7.1/2 in a week exercising and doing weight watchers . Out this weekend but still hoping for a lose next week
Woohoo lol I pay a full subscription for weight watcher ... and try it didn't work for me ! Well.... I will try again for tomorrow
I think u need to find the right diet that works for you and stick to that one . I tried sliming world the other week didn't like that yet my friend has lost over a 14lb on it .
