weighed in yesterday morning and I was down another 1/2 pound or so... then yesterday afternoon was down another pound and a half... So 6 pounds so far this week... i'll take it lol... Yeah yeah, i know its not good to lose weight that fast, but its all the crap weight falling off from going back on the wagon... I'm sure i'll plateau in 3-4 days and be bitching about not losing anything again...
This week and weekend well out of the window 8 weeks tue till I go so defo need to crack on with it from Monday
I'm slowly getting back on track this week. Weighed in last night and I'm down 5.5lbs since Monday! It's a start.

Having a great exercise week so far: over 2,000 calories torched over 5 workouts! Really hoping to see the scale move this week. I've only got 13 days till TTR and I know that at this point I can't make much of a difference but even a little one will give me more self confidence.
Well Hello. I was out all the weekend came back yesterday night. I went Fishing and I MAKE THE BEST THING IN MY LIFE :d Tube but the tube will plane ... I burn because the sun was so strong. I went on the scale this morning and 197.4 So For sure the 2 pounds are gone forever Now is HOT like HELL .. 41 today 42 tommorrow and 44 thursday !
