oh i know all about poutine lol... I do 200+ g of protein a day, and keep my carbs under 50g or so... I was semi-sarcastic about the chicken & brocolli... I'll definitely eat a lot of chicken, but i have many different ways I cook it so that it doesn't get boring... I make taco salads, chilis, as well as chicken dishes...
I've slacked off for long enough. I put in 40 mins on the elliptical this morning, and I'm back to being strict about my diet. This is gonna suck.
I went in the pool ... Cleaning the freakin kitcheen, have a beer and enjoy life today .. I did step master tho ! Back on track tomorrow but I was a 196.2 2 hours ago so I didn't gain alot
Well I know I was missing in action. I had a rough week last week and this week is better but I have had to really drag my ass to work out. Fighting it all the way and feeling so tired everyday but not really sure why. The diet well because I am tired it has sucked totally. 7 weeks though it's time to get serious and make changes. After this weekend, as we are headed down for stampede and the cancun care Calgary reunion. Can't wait.
Finding it hard to get motivated this week. Weather is so damn hot, it's like Cancun hot, and we don't have air conditioning! Hard to get to sleep, and wake up each morning boiling and uncomfortable. Not made it to the gym last two days. Unmotivated to get stuff ready each evening, don't even want to cook. Been going for easy food options (like ice cream lol), and it's not good. Tomorrow I'll force myself back on track.
Dropped 3 so far... Its a good start... Today's lunch will be higher calories due to what was in the fridge, but has ZERO carbs in it... I'm probably going to go more carb deficient than I should, but it has worked for me in the past...
I Hope the weather will go down a bit soon !! It's nealy 40 degree each day !! I'm not able to go run or walk it's too damn hot and the air is really bad.. I,m 194.4 And I did nothing .... Except watching Security Border this morning .. Well I start yesterday night and I finish 2 hours ago !! Yep .... It's so damn hot I'm not even hungry !
Well I'm down 3 lbs at today's weigh in. Not sure how that happened. I was convinced I'd stay the same or put on weight. I've exercised somewhat this week, but had a bad weekend food-wise that crept quite a bit into this week. I guess sometimes a little respite is a good thing.
Lost 2 lb last week one been gym once this week . Something bad happened to my son so my head has been all over the place so diet and gym both out of the window this week not bothered my son comes first
Ok, so I did my spin on Monday and Wednesday. Been pretty good with my diet (after the 4th of July holiday), but for some reason I look like I've gained weight. Very discouraging, as TTR is just 7 days away. I'm sure the two margaritas last night didn't help me. LOL. I will lay off the alcohol until the trip and keep up with my workouts. Fingers crossed that will get my tummy back to near-flat. LOL Guess I will just have to go topless to distract from the tummy. :flash:
