Like, I went on the balance board and it say 195.8 The floor was not equal, so I bring the balance near the chair office from Ben and I weight 195 I`m so happy.. Didn't see that a long time ago ! Just came back from running.. OMG ... I thought I was to be dead. 1.04 km in 8:29 min !!!! oufff... It's so humid.. Warmer than yesterday ! I just came back from cutting my weeds omg let Me tell you i can't breath at 38 degrees took one hour someone help me
I didn't did my workout yesterday but i went shopping and made 6 time de stor ( lost my bf LOL ) !! So we boght a pool and a bbq! Pool is ready and neeed to assembly bbq i'll just wait until ben is up I don't want to wake up him. So today it's is birthday party so need to buy couple or things, finish de dishes, clean the patio and bassment and finish washing my clothes! I've had a rubbish weekend (again). When will I ever learn!? Weekends are hardest for me. I did work out like crazy though. 45 mins badminton, 40 mins elliptical and 20 mins bike on Friday, and 4 mile walk on Sunday.
Ohh no Trish .. I'm not better than you . This weekend was my love birthday party saturday at home and sunday at his mom home.. So For saturday I didn't make any exceed in food, and I went running at 10 pm outside for a km or so !! ( was so hot ). Sunday: His mom she's a good cook but everything Is so fat.. She made chicken, pork and Alfredo pasta ( home ). She put like 35 % and butter with cheese.. But I just took a little bit because I know isn't good for me. I didn't run yesterday.. But i'm at home today So I will clean the house. What's pissing me off about my stepmother.. When she come here, she never do the dishe and she act like she's a princess. When we go there, she ask us to do the dishe.. My kitchen was clean now it's a HUGE mess !! And she told me my kitchen was a Mess.. Yep, but before you come here, it was clean.. I ask all of them take the plastic glass and plate I have.. and they still take all my plate.. So I have dishe like hell 2 cleans. First of all, You're in my house.. you don't have any word to tell.. it was clean before you start take all my plate out, leave you're garbage on my counter... You know... But I don't like her.. You know when she's around and she think she's better than anyone and more beatifull than anyone. Because I have a belly when I was in the pool she was always looking at me. She think she's the most beautiful person in the world. She ask us to pay a trip with us in Mexico.. I was like no, it's the only week I got for myself and Ben.. ( Are we look like rich people ?..If I was rich, i'll get operation to remove my belly. LOL ) Please. LOL And If she'S there, NEVER I'll go topless. And she was not nice with me this weekend lol . You know she's a kind of person, who she ask for everything.. She's jealous of me, and she judge everyone like oh you see the lady up there, she's younger than me and she look older... Every saturday she go clubbing and think she will find a man there LOL So I think I book a trip to her AT Oasis Cancun With all those douchebag single man HAHAHAHA !! Just too make you smile a bit with the shitty weather
Well I did my spin class on Wed night and decided to lift weights on Sat instead...but still squeezed in 20 min of spin afterward. Great workout...STILL really sore. LOL. I feel like I'm walking funny. LOL. Definately ate more chips/guac/salsa/beer than I should have with the holiday weekend here (4th of July). Feel like I gained a little. Did my sit-ups, biceps and triceps this morning. Back to spin tonight. Wish me luck!
I got in 4 good, strong workouts last week and just finished a workout tonight. No weight loss this past week due to self-inflicted bingeing (just lost control over my eating)... but hope to see a loss this week!
dragged my ass to the gym for a short workout this morning as I was running late for work... At least I got there... :\ I'm up 9 lbs... ughhh... no more BS... Chicken & brocolli for me for the next 7 weeks.
LOL you will be discustting of chicken and brocolli. for me.. I can eat whatever I want.. But no exceed. I do, 1 plate, and put the rest in the fridge so that way I don't get a second plate. Drink a huge glass of water with that. I love veggies, but not enought to eat only that for a week or so. So like I said, I eat everything I want 1/4 cups instead of 1 cup. Rice, Pasta, smashed patatos, french fries. I AVOID Poutine ( it's french frie, with gravy and cheese curds ), chicken finger, pop ( coke, Pepsi, 42 g of sugar by 350 ml ), candy and juice. I take 1 Cup of orange juice each morning as a breakfest. For lunch i'm not hungry yet, but I'll have salad or something like that. and dinner tonight, I don't know yet. I would like to see 190 by the weekend but i'm not sure. Also, I'll not go running today it's 40 degree outside right now . And it's smell fire, because of the explosion they got it's 3-4 hours from my home, but we can smell it. We smell the forest fire they got in quebec city ( about 5 hours from my home ) last week or 2 weeks ago ... SMOGGY, HOTTY.. Yuck :anon:
