    Im still trying to stay positive.. its hard when its been raining for F'n month.. ;(

    just want to eat BAGS of chips and mashed potatoes.. ha! ;)

    I hear ya it is so depressing... I hate complaining about the weather but enough already... if it isn't the dam winter its the rainy spring/summer... I gotta get out of here

    I know the feeling... I woke up this morning in so much pain in my back & legs... But I forced my ass to the gym... And glad I did...

    Cut out some of the fruit... The sugars are killers when trying to cut weight.

    lol it's only .4 KG of melon :p

    I eat only fruit at the lunch because on afternoon it's my walk :p And after that For diner I get veggie s =)

    Well I only got biceps and triceps done last night. Better than nothing I suppose. Not sure I will make it to the gym tonight, as I have to shop and pack for a mini trip this weekend. If no gym, I will work with weights again tonight....lunges, squats, sit ups and donkey kicks. Will be out on the lake all weekend, so no workout again until Monday. Will check back in then. :aetsch004:

    My weekly weigh in today, I'm down 3lbs. Been religiously recording all exercise and calorie intake over the week: I've consumed 9863 cals, and burned off 4136 through exercise at the gym.

    Science truly is amazing. I've calculated calories 'in' against expenditure 'out' (BMR & burned through exercise) and the deficit works out at about 2.5 lbs (3,500 cals to burn off 1lb of fat).

    There you go... Proof is in the pudding Trish... :)

    I woke up in excruciating back pain this morning... Still went to the gym... :) Did some cardio, and more arms/back... I'm down 2 lbs since the other day, which brings me 1 lb below my TTR weight...

    If I can just eat semi-healthy and stop the late night munchies :bandit:, the next 20 lbs shouldn't be hard at all... I know the late night munchies are killing me the most...


    Now I don't feel so bad about the fact that I'll be having tacos for lunch today... :D
