    Try warming up before the class and doing some calf streches, hip stretches and hamstrings and maybe even low back. Sounds like sciatic issues and the sciatic nerve runs from the hips right down into the toes. When you on a bike there is pressure on your tailbone and the lower lumber of the back. The sciatic nerve runs through the hip bone and because bikes work hip flexors it tightens the muscle beside the nerve and can cause pain or even make your toes cramp or go numb. Water helps too.

    Got in an hour today. 30 on my elliptical and 30 abs and legs

    No gym today, but 3 hours shopping entailing a lot of walking, a month ago I would've given up half way through!

    Did nothing this weekend .. Was my mom birthday .. !!

    Now I will make alot of exercise today since i'm searching my freakin keys.

    I lost it 3 days ago.. I remember I lock the house door bring it and the car and they disappear.

    That's what happening when Ben touch my thing .. .. They are in the black hole I think !

    Edit: Just came back from a walk. 2.08 km in 22 minutes.. Only walking I forgot my running shoes at home and I can't run with my t-shirt.. My boobs will comes out o_O. Not the place for that LOL. And I burn 159 cal :D i'm happy :D Tomorrow will try to run at least 1km and walk the other one :p

    Well did step aerobics yesterday and I hadn't done it in years. My heart was working and it felt great. Not that I love step aerobics but it brought me back to a time when I was in great shape and it let me know what I have to do to get back there. Did more abs after too.

    So today I am just beat, worked at 600 am and hadn't done that in about 2 months now. It's killing me but still determned to get my ass downstairs and workout.

    The AC in the gym is FINALLY fixed so I can start busting out some real workouts...

    I'm still floating between my TTR weight & up a few pounds... I realy need to get back into a groove with a quickness...

    Found my key finally was on the wildcat :)
    Just woke up, got trouble to sleep yesterday so for breakfest i'll just skip it and go to metro salad, salad, salad!! Need to take a extract of something who supposed to cut you're hungry! And I will wear something which I can run with it :)! Will try to do better than yesterday!

    You know when I run after .2 miles I search my breathing lol in a month should be okay :)

    Missed the gym over the weekend, but made it to spin last night. Acutally had plenty of energy and didn't get any cramps!! Woot woot!! Won't make it home tonight until about 8:00, but will try to do some weights while I make dinner. My life is always very busy, but I try to squeeze it in where I can. LOL 31 more days! :lotsofmichaelfs:

    Lol I have a busy life too ... So what I do..just bring strawberry and salad for my day. Just water so in that way I will not eat chocolat bar. since the store are at 15 min from here :p I take the stair instead the elevator. =) Try to go for a 20 min walk or running. :)

    Better than sitting my ass the whole day on my chair !

    Ok So Just came back from my walk.... 1.81 Miles in 17 Mins for 192 Cal.
    I'm proud because isn't easy with all the dust here, but I still do it.
    I know isn't alot but 192 burnt calories it's better than nothing :)
